we are home...

We arrived home Sunday evening. The time change, Daylight Savings plus converting back to Eastern from Central, has about killed us this week. I have been so incredibly busy trying to get things settled, it is hard enough coming back from a trip with all of the unpacking and laundry, but this time the chicks were here to greet us bright and early Monday morning (a day earlier than expected - and NOTHING was ready!!!) We stayed an extra night in Mississippi with John's family due to the FOOT of snow that fell there, and the "blizzard" conditions predicted for Kentucky. This is twice that we have been snowed in on a trip while traveling in Feb/March. Never again will we travel in those months voluntarily! I took around 375 pics of the trip, and have uploaded them to the computer and am working on culling through them and uploading them to Snapfish and of course some favorites on here. We did have a great time, just really busy and hard logistically with trying to fish in storms and then snow, only one vehicle, splitting our time between family and friends, etc, etc. More posts to follow, including March's Word Of The Month and goals, and also how February's Word ended. Off to play the Wii with Asher for a bit before bedtime!
